11amPDT - Numerous tree limbs down, trash cans blown over, leaves and debris are covering just about everything.
Several gusts estimated over 45mph during this time.

5pmPDT - Moderate rain and 72 degrees currently. I can't remember the last time I've seen moderate rain this warm in CA not counting the monsoons.
