8:30amPDT - Blowing debris across roadway w/6 foot tumble weeds & trees down on fwy - Location near the Green River Golf Course Eastbound 91 Freeway.

8:30amPST - AVG WINDS N26 PEAK GUST TO 42MPH OWS Comment: Note that the NWS and all media outlets said this would be a rather weak event. OWS is the only one that prepared a forecast for strong winds.

8:30amPST - Mild SA wind conditions with gusts to 28mph. Heat advisory today 80deg at 8:30am already with forecasts up to 95degs and maybe higher in spots. Low humidity levels low causing high fire danger in our local mts.
