Reports from this reporter.

October 5, 2007

10am-3pmPDT - Strong winds blew garbage around here and there. No damage seen yet, but winds have been steady between 10 and 20 mph.

October 13, 2007

1amPDT - There is actually sustained light to moderate rainfall. It is more than enough to make everything damp and slippery. No thunderstorms or cells.

October 22, 2007

7pmPDT - A colorful sunset occured. The rainbow sunset was created by thr many burning fires all around SoCal.

October 24, 2007

7amPDT - This morning, I woke up to see smoke in the sky and ash on my car. The smoke is so close to my area that it can be smelled. No winds are seen at this moment.

January 27, 2008

7:45amPST - Heavy rain fell here overnight. I don't see any street flooding yet, but my driveway has become a pond.

April 27, 2008

7:00amPST - From the Arcadia hills, I saw bright tall orange flames along the hillside. Santa Anita Blvd. was jammed with traffic on both sides, some wanted up, some were evacuated. This morning, the flames are blocked from my sight by smoke. The fire seems to have advanced further down the foothill, compared to last night.
